Wild Treasures Turtle Soup began in 2019 with a passion for bringing authentic, natural turtle soup to the community. After months of trials and adjustments, our recipe made its debut at Upper Boon Keng Food Centre. Today, we proudly serve our cherished dish at 22 Lor 7 Toa Payoh, #01-39, Kim Keat Palm Market & Food Centre, Singapore 310022.

A Journey of Resilience

When the Covid pandemic hit in 2020, business volume dropped. But rather than giving up, we used that time to refine our recipe, listening closely to our customers’ feedback. Though we had to temporarily close due to low business volume, our passion never waned.

In 2022, we reopened our doors at Kim Keat Palm Market (22 Lor 7 Toa Payoh, #01-39, Kim Keat Palm Market & Food Centre, Singapore 310022), and the response was overwhelming. The positive feedback from our customers has been our greatest reward, reaffirming our belief in the exceptional taste of our turtle soup recipe.

Meet Charlene: The Heart Behind Wild Treasures

Wild Treasures is led by Charlene, a graduate from Nanyang Technological University. Charlene’s journey to mastering the art of turtle soup was no easy feat.

The journey was tough —each failed batch of soup took 4-5 hours to make, and the cost of failed attempts added up quickly. But every setback was a step closer to perfecting our recipe. Charlene’s perseverance has paid off, and today, our turtle soup is consistently praised by our customers.

The Secret to Our Turtle Soup

Our turtle soup is a harmonious blend of eight carefully selected Chinese herbs and fresh turtle meat, slow-cooked to perfection.

We slowly simmer the ingredients for 4-5 hours to extract the full flavours and herbal benefits, ensuring that the herbal benefits are infused into every bite and every bowl delivers a delicious and nourishing experience. The secret lies in the perfect balance of herbs, water, and meat, along with the slow cooking process that allows the flavors to meld beautifully.
